Job summary

METROLINA GREENHOUSES LLC is seeking a Greenhouse Associate - Switcher Driver in York, SC. This full-time, hourly position moves trailers between docks, supports dock and labor teams, and ensures a safe, efficient workflow in a fast-paced facility.

The role requires 1+ year of switcher/OTR driving experience, strong attention to detail, reliability, multitasking ability, and fluent English reading/writing. Outdoor work with occasional indoor administrative duties is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) experience driving a switcher or OTR trailer
• Detailed-oriented, accurate, reliable, able to multitask, and be a team player
• Fluency to read, write, and understand the English language is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive 18-wheelers from dock to dock within the facilities
• Ensure a safe work environment
• Communicate with the dock crews, drivers, and other switchers throughout the facility
• Operate the fuel truck when needed
• Complete dock work as assigned
• Other duties as assigned by management
