Responsibilities

• Move trailers with a yard switcher to meet loading dock schedules.
• Read and follow the schedule to move trucks per delivery requirements.
• Follow site safety rules and safe operating practices.
• Perform quality checks as defined in control plans.
• Report accidents and near-miss incidents immediately.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping at all times.
• Assist with maintenance and material handling of axles as needed.
• Work as a team member and help other operators when needed.
• Overtime may be required as scheduled; may train new employees.
• May operate pneumatic tools and hoists.
