Job summary

Capstone Logistics is hiring for experienced Yard Drivers in Midland, TX to safely move trailers within the yard and assist with warehouse sorting and shipments. You will operate vehicles at low speeds and support yard organization for efficient logistics flow.

Candidates with prior warehouse or equipment experience are preferred. We offer paid training, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities to travel between sites as part of our travel team.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers within the yard to facilitate warehouse sorting and shipment preparation.
• Lift and carry up to 25–75 lbs.
• Drive and operate vehicle under 15 mph in yard areas.
• Roll On/Roll Off experience is a plus.

The Opportunity

Capstone Logistics is hiring for experience Yard Drivers interested in growing their career with us. Our Yard Drivers/Spotters are responsible for the safe and efficient movement of trailers within the yard to facilitate warehouse sorting and the processing of merchandise for shipment and/or storage. Drive Forward with Capstone:

• Lift and carry a minimum of up to 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Drive and operate vehicle under 15 mph in and around the warehouse, storage lot and staging area
• Roll On/ Roll Off Experience a plus
• Ability to drive on asphalt, concrete, and gravel surfaces in all environments

Requirements

• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred
