Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Springfield, MO team. This role involves loading and unloading, selecting shipments, and palletizing in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

We value physical stamina and reliability, with on‑the‑job training and benefits after 60 days. You will also help with housekeeping, audits, and continuous improvement within our high‑performance culture, including opportunities to travel with our team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments.
• Assist with selecting and palletizing goods.
• Perform auditing, repacking and sorting tasks.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
  
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
  
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
