Job summary

Capstone Logistics LLC in Keller, TX is hiring a warehouse associate on a path to management. You will learn receiving, unloading, and loading operations, work alone or in teams with minimal supervision, and engage with customer staff and delivery personnel to maintain smooth workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse preferred but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of receiving, unloading and loading operations in a warehouse.
• Support management, coaching, and training within the team.
• Communicate with customer staff and delivery personnel professionally.
• Oversee a designated area to maintain workflow and meet customer expectations.
• Move pallets and cases using a forklift, pallet jack, or by hand.
• Assist with yard marshalling duties as needed.

The Opportunity

You will learn al all aspects of receiving /unloading or loading operations within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision

Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner

Oversee a specified area within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations

Handle the movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
