Job summary

Capstone Logistics LLC is seeking Warehouse Associates in Tennessee to perform a range of warehouse tasks, including loading, unloading, selecting, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and cleaning. You will support site operations and ensure efficient goods handling across shifts.

This role is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift 25–75 lbs. Prior warehouse or equipment experience is preferred, but we provide training and promote from within where possible.

Qualifications

• High-energy, strong work ethic and good physical fitness are essential.
• Able to lift and carry 25-75 lbs, with varying materials.
• Prior warehouse or equipment experience is preferred, but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods; select items; freight hauling; auditing; repacking; sorting; palletizing; clean up and housekeeping.
• Perform other duties as assigned by site leadership.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
