Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a high-energy warehouse associate to learn all aspects of receiving, unloading, loading, and yard operations at a busy facility in Levittown, PA. You will work solo or in teams, handle pallets and cases, and coordinate with customer staff and delivery personnel to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to lift 25–75 lbs and handle varied materials as part of daily tasks.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred; training is available.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-shift meetings and stretch routines.
• Perform safety observations and support management.
• Coaching training and effective communication with leadership.
• Handle yard marshalling duties and move pallets/cases with forklift or pallet jack.
• Oversee a defined area to maintain workflow and meet customer expectations.

This is the next step in an associate's path to management. You will learn all aspects of receiving/unloading or loading operations within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision. Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner. Oversee a specified area within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations. Handle the movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
