Job summary

Capstone Logistics is hiring for experienced Class A Yard Drivers interested in growing their career with us. Our Yard Drivers/Spotters are responsible for the safe and efficient movement of trailers within the yard to facilitate warehouse sorting and the processing of merchandise for shipment and/or storage.

Drive Forward with Capstone: Lift and carry 25-75 lbs, drive at low speeds, Roll On/Roll Off experience a plus, and adapt to various surfaces.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• DOT medical card required or ability to obtain.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers safely and efficiently within the yard.
• Assist in warehouse sorting and processing of merchandise for shipment or storage.
• Lift and carry 25–75 lbs as needed.
• Drive vehicle at low speeds around the yard, storage lot, and staging area.

The Opportunity:

Capstone Logistics is hiring for experienced Class A Yard Drivers interested in growing their career with us. Our Yard Drivers/Spotters are responsible for the safe and efficient movement of trailers within the yard to facilitate warehouse sorting and the processing of merchandise for shipment and/or storage.

Drive Forward with Capstone:

• Lift and carry a minimum of up to 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Drive and operate vehicle under 15 mph in and around the warehouse, storage lot and staging area
• Roll On/ Roll Off Experience a plus
• Ability to drive on asphalt, concrete, and gravel surfaces in all environments

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a DOT medical card required
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred
