Johnson Service Group, Inc. is seeking a Switch Assembler for a Temp-Direct role in Valencia, CA. Candidates with 2-4 years in aerospace assembly will work on high-precision, safety-critical components across industries such as aerospace, medical devices, and energy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts or products according to work instructions, drawings, or specifications.
• Use hand tools and basic measuring instruments to perform tasks accurately.
• Conduct visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE.
• Record production data and report issues or deviations.
• Support team goals and participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Johnson Service Group a nationwide staffing service, is looking for a Switch Assembler with 2-4 years’ experience working in an Aerospace environment. This is a Temp-Direct Job in Valencia, CA for an Aircraft company. Salary: $22.00-25.00 HR DOE

• Assemble parts or products according to work instructions, drawings, or specifications.

• Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
