Job summary

Mohr Talent is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist in Cascade, MI to operate Swiss-style and Mill/Turn CNC lathes, producing tight-tolerance components for aerospace, medical, and defense sectors.

You will read blueprints and GD&T, perform in-process inspections, and ensure quality while maintaining a clean work area. This position requires 2+ years of CNC experience and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• At least two years CNC machining or machine operation experience.
• Strong GD&T and shop math skills.
• Experience using precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate Swiss-style and Mill/Turn CNC lathes
• Produce tight-tolerance precision components
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and GD&T requirements
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Monitor machines and identify tooling, quality, or production concerns
• Follow established quality procedures and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Schedule: First, Second, and Weekend Shifts Available

A growing precision manufacturer is hiring experienced CNC Machinists for multiple shifts. This is a great opportunity to work with advanced Swiss-style and Mill/Turn equipment while producing complex components for the aerospace, medical, agriculture, and defense industries.

You’ll join a stable, team-focused operation that values quality work, initiative, and long-term employee growth.

Available Shifts (EST)

• A-Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
• B-Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:30 p.m.–12:30 a.m.
• C-Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do
