The role requires 2+ years as a machinist, an associate degree in Machining or related field (or equivalent experience), and familiarity with CMM/VCMM and GD&T. Join a team that values collaboration and safety.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Machining or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a machinist.
• Citizen or Star Swiss Machining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently set up and operate Swiss CNC machines for various jobs, ensuring quality and production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues with support from Senior Machinist, Supervisors, and Engineers.
• Conduct in-process inspections of machined parts and document results to ensure conformance to specs.
• Assist Junior Machinists and Production Operators in diagnosing and resolving technical issues to improve team capability.
• Maintain a safe working environment and uphold proactive safety culture.
