Job summary

You will work to meet production goals while troubleshooting processes and maintaining a safe, high-performing environment.

The role calls for 2+ years of machinist experience, ability to read blueprints, and basic GD&T knowledge.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years machining experience required.
• Swiss machining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines per job, ensuring quality and production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues with supervision to maintain flow.
• Perform in-process inspections and document results to meet specs.
• Assist junior machinists and operators with technical issues as they arise.
• Maintain a safe workplace and uphold proactive safety culture.
