Qualifications

• Associates degree in Machining or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of machinist experience.
• Citizen or Star Swiss Machining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines per job, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues with support from senior staff to maintain flow.
• Conduct in-process inspections and document results per specs.
• Assist junior machinists and operators in resolving technical issues.
• Maintain a safe work environment and promote proactive safety.
