Tecomet is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist II in Florida to produce precision parts by operating CNC machines, reading drawings, and upholding quality and safety standards. You will keep required records, monitor tooling, and adhere to GMP/GDP-inspired practices on the shop floor.

The role emphasizes progressive machining, tight tolerances, and a commitment to continuous improvement within Tecomet's safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years CNC Machining experience.
• Associate's degree/certificate in Tooling & Machining or Machinist apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set-up CNC machines within tolerances per work instructions and drawings.
• Perform progressive machining of diverse parts and metals with tight tolerances.
• Change dull tooling and adjust offsets as needed for wear.
• Ensure product quality with OOQ standards and measuring equipment readings.
• Maintain daily PM schedule and perform routine machine maintenance.
• Record activities accurately on the job tracking system and support continuous improvement.
