Job summary

Tecomet is seeking a CNC Machinist II to produce machined parts on CNC equipment, ensuring quality and safety while adhering to GMP/GDP and our continuous improvement culture.

The role requires setting up and operating CNC machines, maintaining tight tolerances, and recording activity in the job-tracking system. A high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of CNC experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years CNC Machining experience.
• Associate degree/certificate in Tooling & Machining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set-up CNC machines within tolerances per work instructions.
• Perform progressive machining of parts and maintain close tolerances.
• Change dull tooling and adjust as needed for wear.
• Ensure quality via OOQ standards and use measuring equipment.
• Perform routine PM and record activities in the job tracking system.
• Follow GMP/GDP and safety practices; participate in continuous improvement.
