Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years CNC Machining experience.
• Swiss experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set-up CNC machines within specified tolerances following work instructions and drawings.
• Perform difficult CNC Machinist work including progressive machining of various parts and metals with very close tolerances.
• Change dull tooling and make minor offsets for tooling wear.
• Ensure product quality by using OOQ standards and measuring with a range of equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and keep toolings and machines in good condition.
• Record activities in the job tracking system and follow GMP/GDP practices.
• Support Continuous Improvement activities and identify manufacturing issues for escalation.
• Maintain 5S/housekeeping standards in the工作 area.
