Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a Production Associate 1 for its Auburn, WA location. You will perform entry-level assembly and glass production of Windows & Doors, following standard work with guidance. You will support safety, quality, and on-time delivery while maintaining production flow.

Responsibilities include fabricating units, meeting production targets, and assisting training of teammates. The role requires a readiness to work swing shifts and overtime as needed, with benefits

Qualifications

• Understand written and verbal instructions in English and follow established work processes.
• Able to safely move materials and operate hand/power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Flexible to overtime or weekend shifts as needed.
• Manufacturing experience or tape measure experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe practices and wear required PPE.
• Fabricate, assemble, and lift window/door units.
• Work to an established production rate.
• Identify problems and communicate issues.
• Perform housekeeping duties in designated areas.
• Assist training of co-workers.
• Perform other duties as directed by leadership.
