Qualifications

• Experience with production planning and cost control is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe manufacture of products and maintain a safe, injury-free work environment.
• Supervise shift operations to meet production schedules in a cost-effective manner.
• Coach and develop employees; resolve workplace issues through problem resolution.
• Adhere to process control procedures, operating instructions, and quality control instructions.
• Manage staffing to meet production schedules and budget constraints.
• Interview and hire employees in accordance with company policies.
