Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor for off‑shift to oversee safe production across diverse processes. You will supervise, train, discipline, and evaluate production staff while ensuring 6S, safety, quality, and cost targets are met.

The role requires strong communication, adaptability to flexible hours, and a track record of delivering on-time metrics. You will partner with teams to optimize throughput and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in industrial supervisory or similar leadership role.
• Prefer 3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Extensive training in manufacturing processes, supervision, and operations management.

Responsibilities

• Safely manufacture a quality product meeting specs and delivery commitments.
• Follow 6S principles and maintain housekeeping.
• Enforce safety requirements including Cardinal Rules.
• Schedule employees to meet production needs and plant policies.
• Coach and develop department employees to meet metrics.
• Manage costs, TOC, and LU targets daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Maintain up-to-date procedures and process control documents.
• Troubleshoot production problems and drive improvements.
