Barry‑Wehmiller seeks a Swing Shift Production Supervisor to direct and coordinate production activities at the Spokane, WA site. Lead Production Leads and Assemblers, drive schedule adherence, quality, and safety while aligning with Barry‑Wehmiller’s Truly Human Leadership approach.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering and other technical experts. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of leadership experience in Manufacturing
• Associates degree with 3 years of leadership experience in Manufacturing
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret safety rules, drawings and specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production activities for the assigned area
• Lead Production Leads and Assemblers
• Ensure safety, quality and training goals are met
• Maintain schedules and monitor KPI performance
• Support continuous improvement and housekeeping initiatives
• Manage shifts and personnel in collaboration with HR and leadership
