Job summary

Nortek Air Solutions in Oregon is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee multiple production lines in Final Assembly. You will mentor leads, drive continuous improvement, and align operations with business objectives in a safety-conscious environment.

The role requires 5+ years manufacturing experience, 2+ in supervision, and strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, ERP systems, and MS Office. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, safety regulations, and quality systems.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in Lean manufacturing and understanding of Kaizen.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Leads and frontline employees.
• Monitor daily operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with planning, shipping, procurement and maintenance teams to optimize workflow.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Identify and implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present production reports to plant management.
