Job summary

Nortek Air Solutions is seeking a Group Lead to assist the production supervisor in daily activities, ensuring efficient processes and quality standards. This role includes training, scheduling, and reporting to support production goals.

The position operates on 4x10 hour shifts (Mon-Thu, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM) with a swing shift premium of $1.50/hr; candidates should have strong leadership and manufacturing knowledge and be ready to rotate for weekend overtime.

• Enforce safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Assist in training new employees and supporting shift leadership.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
