Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of plant-level operations experience in high-volume production.
• Direct supervisory experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing/industrial engineering, business management, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-line personnel and supervise assembly line tasks.
• Implement safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
• Review safety policies and coach teams.
• Maintain 5S and standard work across facilities.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings.
• Monitor time and attendance in the systems.
