Job summary

Victory Millwork in Lynden, WA is hiring a Manufacturing Machine Operator on a full-time basis for the swing shift. You will feed materials into the equipment and monitor outputs, working alongside a more experienced coworker to learn the process.

As you develop your skills you will stack materials, perform quality checks, and take on more tasks. No prior experience is required for this entry level role, and comprehensive training will help you succeed in a safety‑conscious manufacturing

Qualifications

• Basic math skills including the ability to read a tape measure.
• Physical ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Strong time management and problem solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn more.
• Experience is a plus but not required for this entry level role.
• Knowledge about lean manufacturing processes is helpful.
• We will train you to succeed if you have a great attitude.

Responsibilities

• Feed materials into equipment under guidance from a more experienced coworker.
• Tail the back of the machine and ensure proper material flow.
• Accurately stack materials and perform quality control checks on outputs.
• Develop skills and take on more tasks as you gain experience.
