Job summary

Lynden Door, Inc. in Lynden, WA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician on swing shift to keep our manufacturing facility running at peak performance. You’ll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and support production operations.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, experience in industrial maintenance, and the ability to work Monday–Friday with potential overtime. We offer HSA, 401(k) with profit sharing, PTO, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair skills.
• Industrial maintenance experience or related trade/technical work.
• Experience with machine tolerances, fabrication, or machining is a plus.
• Basic computer skills; CMMS experience is a bonus.
• Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
• Commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and shop organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on factory and plant machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems to reduce downtime.
• Conduct machine tuning, repairs, upgrades, and modifications.
• Support general building maintenance and fabrication projects as needed.
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure safety and efficiency.
