Job summary

Victory Millwork LLC in Lynden, WA is seeking a Specialty Millwork Program Supervisor to lead our on-site operations with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You will guide 1-3 leads and 6-20 production team members in fabrication, assembly, finish prep and shipment of custom millwork.

The ideal candidate has strong millwork or cabinetry experience, a hands-on leadership style, and knowledge of AWI standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading 1–3 leads and 6–20 production team members.
• Strong millwork, cabinetry or fine woodworking skills.
• Hands-on leadership with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Familiarity with AWI standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Specialty Millwork Program from order review to shipment.
• Review shop drawings and customer orders; resolve build questions and material needs.
• Determine build methods, sequencing, and jigs for custom products.
• Provide hands-on technical direction for layout, joinery, assembly, and finish prep.
• Coordinate with sales, estimating, purchasing and scheduling on feasibility and lead times.
• Grow the program by evaluating new products, tooling and equipment.
