Job summary

Victory Millwork is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Lynden, WA facility on a full-time swing shift. This role handles preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of production equipment.

Starting wage is $26.00 per hour with a $1.75 shift differential; schedule Mon-Thu 3:30 PM–2:30 AM and Fri 3:30 PM–8:30 PM or 2:30 AM depending on production. Medical, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical control systems (including PLCs).
• High integrity, sound judgment, and strong safety focus.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and effective working solo or in teams.
• Strong communicator and planner with a "fix-it" mindset.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery and systems.
• Lead mechanical repairs, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Mentor teammates and support machine operators.
• Diagnose and resolve issues on conveyors, lifts, and other moving equipment.
