Job summary

Lynden Door's Victory Millwork facility in Lynden, WA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the swing shift. The role offers starting pay of $26/hour with a $1.75 shift differential and a Monday-Thursday 3:30 PM–2:30 AM schedule along with occasional Friday shifts depending on production needs.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and leading repairs on conveyors, lifts, and other moving equipment, with mentoring support for machine operators.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical control systems (including PLCs).
• High integrity, sound judgment, and strong safety focus.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and effective working solo or in teams.
• Strong communicator and planner with a "fix-it" mindset.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery and systems.
• Lead mechanical repairs, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Mentor teammates and support machine operators.
• Diagnose and resolve issues on conveyors, lifts, and other moving equipment.
