Job summary

Victory Millwork LLC in Lynden, Washington, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our swing shift. This full-time role starts at $26.00 per hour, with a $1.75 shift differential, and requires hands-on maintenance in a manufacturing setting.

Work hours are Monday through Thursday 3:30 PM to 2:30 AM, with Friday 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM or 2:30 AM depending on production needs. Candidates will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, lead repairs and upgrades, mentor

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical control systems (including PLCs).
• Strong safety focus, integrity, and teamwork.
• Able to communicate clearly and plan effectively.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery and systems.
• Lead mechanical repairs, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Mentor teammates and support machine operators.
• Diagnose and resolve issues on conveyors, lifts, and other moving equipment.
