Lynden Door is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Lynden, WA facility on swing shift. Starting at $26/hour with a $1.75 shift differential, a Monday-Thursday schedule from 3:30 PM to 2:30 AM and Friday variations based on production needs.

The role focuses on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvements across conveyors and moving equipment. We value hands-on problem solvers who thrive in a manufacturing setting and can mentor teammates.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical control systems (including PLCs).
• High integrity, sound judgment, and strong safety focus.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and effective working solo or in teams.
• Strong communicator and planner with a "fix-it" mindset.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery and systems
