Job summary

Victory Millwork LLC seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician for its Lynden, WA facility on the swing shift. Starting wage is $26.00/hr with a $1.75 shift differential, and the schedule is Monday–Thursday 3:30 PM–2:30 AM.

The role includes preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and leading repairs to keep conveyors and moving equipment running. You will mentor teammates, support operators, and maintain safety standards in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical control systems including PLCs.
• Strong safety record and compliance with safety protocols.
• Able to work independently or in teams; reliable and proactive.
• Good planning and communication skills.

Victory Millwork - Full-Time SWING SHIFT | STARTING AT $26/hour

This position carries a $1.75 shift differential

Monday-Thursday: 3:30 PM - 2:30AM

Friday: 3:30pm - 8:30pm or 3:30pm - 2:30AM depending on production needs

Key Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery and systems
• Lead mechanical repairs, upgrades, and process improvements
• Mentor teammates and support machine operators

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
