Job summary

Lynden Door's Victory Millwork facility in Lynden, WA, is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the swing shift. This full-time role starts at $26 per hour with a $1.75 per hour shift differential and requires hands-on, safety‑conscious maintenance in a manufacturing setting.

You will perform preventative maintenance, lead mechanical repairs, and mentor operators while diagnosing issues on conveyors, lifts, and other moving equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical control systems (including PLCs).
• Safety-focused with sound judgment.
• Able to work solo or in teams.
• Strong communicator and planner with a fix-it mindset.

Victory Millwork - Full-Time SWING SHIFT | STARTING AT $26/hour

This position carries a $1.75 shift differential

Monday-Thursday: 3:30 PM - 2:30AM

Friday: 3:30pm - 8:30pm or 3:30pm - 2:30AM depending on production needs
