Community Empowerment Resources (CER) in Kaneohe, Hawaii is hiring for swing shift staff to join the Crisis Stabilization Facility – Ekolu. Positions are available full-time and part-time and onsite with a 3pm-11pm schedule.

You will provide direct care, support, and supervision to individuals with serious mental illness in a crisis stabilization setting. You will process referrals, complete intakes, orient new admissions, and assist clients as they transition into the program, while

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent is required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Health, Nursing, Counseling, Public Health (or similar with psychology coursework).
• Preferred: 6–12 months supervised experience with SMI/SPMI, DD, elderly, children, or other special populations.
• Preferred: Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license; some non-driving positions available but paid at a lower rate.
