Community Empowerment Resources (CER) in Kaneohe, Hawaii, is hiring for overnight shifts at our Crisis Stabilization Facility - Ekolu. This onsite role offers a fixed 11pm-7am schedule, with full-time and part-time options, and no on-call requirements in a 24/7 setting.

CER emphasizes safety, recovery, and team-based care for individuals with serious mental illness. You will conduct wellness checks, provide therapeutic one-on-one interactions, document events, and assist the treatment team in

Formación

• Minimum: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Health, Nursing, Counseling (or similar).
• Preferred: 6–12 months supervised experience with SMI/DD/elderly/children or other populations.
• Preferred: Vehicle access and valid driver’s license; some roles may be non-driving.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overnight support and supervision to individuals with serious mental illness in a crisis stabilization setting.
• Conduct wellness checks, implement de-escalation, and respond to crises and emergencies.
• Document client interactions and significant events; maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with supervisors and treatment team to promote a safe, recovery-oriented environment.
