Qualifications

• Universal CFC certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire/life safety, and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and company directives for building operations.
• Maintain energy management programs to optimize system efficiency.
• Assist preventive maintenance and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow safety policies for storage, handling, and disposal of hazardous materials.
