Job Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift.
• Takes action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift.
• Help assigned departments meet their goals and achieve targets during shifts.
• Oversee food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, cleanliness, scheduling, training, exceptional customer service, safety, and security.
• Manage crew, quality food production, and safety protocols.
