Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring that customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to guarantee high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including:

• Planning each shift
• Monitoring performance during the shift
• Taking action to maintain McDonald’s standards
• Monitoring safety, security, and profitability
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to facilitate smooth transitions
• Helping their assigned departments meet departmental goals
• Meeting targets during their shifts

Qualifications
