Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience with every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high quality, service, cleanliness and safety standards. Shift Managers plan each shift, monitor performance, take actions to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a great shift. They may also be responsible for meeting targets and helping their assigned departments meet their goals.

Qualifications
