Job summary

ABL Wholesale Distributors in Ohio is seeking a Swing Delivery Driver to join our growing team. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with pay rates starting at $17.90 per hour and increasing to $21.11 after 6 months.

You will safely deliver goods, load and unload up to 100 lbs, navigate stairs and weather, and support warehouse tasks when not on the road. A reliable, punctual candidate with a clean driving record and ability to work overtime is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of delivery experience or related background with 16' box trucks or vans.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 75-100 lbs regularly in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Fluent in English (reading & writing); basic math proficiency required.
• Clean driving record; insurable and able to pass a drug test.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop a solid understanding of our product inventory and delivery processes.
• Communicate with warehouse and leadership teams on vehicle status, routes, and more.
• Support the warehouse team when not on the road: stock shelves, pick orders, assist with cleanup, and more.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer service on every delivery.

• Rate 1: $17.90/hr → $19.89/hr after 6 months
• Rate 2: $19.00/hr → $21.11/hr after 6 months
