Job summary

ABL Wholesale Distributors, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Warehouse Night Shift Associate to join our growing team. This full-time role runs Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with an hourly rate starting at $18.35 and increasing to $20.39 after six months.

You'll work in cooler and freezer environments and support order fulfillment across the warehouse. You will use the Pick Right system to locate and scan products, pick items, box deliveries, and maintain accuracy while staying active

What You’ll Do

• Use our Pick Right system to accurately locate and scan products
• Pick items and prepare customer orders quickly and precisely
• Box up deliveries and maintain order accuracy
• Work in both cooler and freezer environments for full shifts
• Move throughout the warehouse to support wherever needed
• Perform light equipment maintenance and report issues
• Follow all safety, health, and quality procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in English (reading & writing); basic math skills required
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet
• Comfortable working in cold environments (cooler/freezer)
• Willing to rotate through different warehouse areas
• Dependable, flexible, and a team player
