Job summary

ABL Wholesale Distributors in Ohio is hiring a Warehouse Night Shift Associate to join our growing team. This full-time role runs Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with starting pay of $18.35 per hour and $20.39 after six months under our union contract.

You will use the Pick Right system, pick and package orders, handle cooler and freezer work, and help maintain accuracy. We value reliability, teamwork, and safety, with benefits including medical, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading & writing).
• Basic math skills required.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet.
• Comfortable working in cold environments (cooler/freezer).
• Willing to rotate through different warehouse areas.
• Dependable and flexible team player.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Work in both cooler and freezer environments for full shifts

• Move throughout the warehouse to support wherever needed

• Perform light equipment maintenance and report issues

• Follow all safety, health, and quality procedures
