Job summary

ABL Wholesale Distributors is seeking a reliable Warehouse Night Shift Associate to join our growing team in Ohio. This full-time role runs Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with an hourly rate starting at $18.35 and stepping to $20.39 after six months.

You will use the Pick Right system to locate and scan products, pick items for orders, box deliveries, and work in cooler/freezer environments. Safety and accuracy are paramount.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading & writing) with basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet.
• Comfortable working in cold environments (cooler/freezer) and rotating areas.

Responsibilities

• Pick items and prepare customer orders quickly and precisely.

What You'll Do:

• Use our Pick Right system to accurately locate and scan products

• Pick items and prepare customer orders quickly and precisely

• Box up deliveries and maintain order accuracy

• Work in both cooler and freezer environments for full shifts

• Move throughout the warehouse to support wherever needed

• Perform light equipment maintenance and report issues

• Follow all safety, health, and quality procedures

What We're Looking For:
