Job summary

ABL Wholesale Distributors is seeking a Swing Delivery Driver in Kentucky for a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The role offers an hourly rate of $17.90–$21.11, with progression after 6 months.

You will safely operate routes, load/unload goods, and maintain strong safety and customer service standards. Ideal candidates have 1+ year delivery experience, a high school diploma, the ability to lift 75–100 lbs, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 1+ year delivery experience with 16' box trucks or vans.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs regularly in a physically demanding environment.
• Fluent in English (reading & writing); basic math proficiency.
• Clean driving record; insurable and able to pass a drug test.
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently run delivery routes, meeting or exceeding daily expectations.
• Load and unload products by hand or with a hand cart, including heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs).
• Navigate stairs, ramps, docks, and all types of weather conditions while on delivery.
• Develop a solid understanding of our product inventory and delivery processes.
• Communicate with warehouse and leadership teams on vehicle status, routes, and more.
• Support the warehouse team when not on the road: stock shelves, pick orders, assist with cleanup, and more.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer service on every delivery.

• Monday-Friday

• Full-time position

Pay Rates:

• Rate 1: $17.90/hr → $19.89/hr after 6 months
• Rate 2: $19.00/hr → $21.11/hr after 6 months
