Qualifications

• Lead by training, coaching or mentoring staff.
• Ability to perform production and financial calculations.
• Strong verbal and written communication for presentations.

Responsibilities

• Learn and implement policies related to Biosecurity.
• Ensure safety via SIPS and environmental compliance.
• Monitor animal welfare and conduct health assessments as needed.
• Evaluate farm performance and plan improvements.
• Supervise farm managers across multiple sites.
