Position Summary

The purpose of this position is to effectively conduct group swim lessons and individual swim lessons in a safe and responsible manner. Motivate members and guests to increase swim technique, water comfort, and self‑confidence. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly rate of pay, based on relevant experience.
• $5.00 bonus for each private, semi‑private and select group swim lesson serviced.
