Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach to help members improve in our indoor/outdoor pools. You’ll work with the Head Swim Team Coach to design and lead group workouts and assist with registration and facility upkeep.

You must have at least a high school diploma, 1 year swim coaching experience, and certifications including Lifeguard and Life Time Swim Instructor Certification. ASCA and USA Swimming memberships are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year swim coaching experience.
• Member of ASCA.
• Member of USA Swimming.
• Complete Life Time Swim Instructor Certification.
• Ability to work stationary and move about the club.
• Ability to communicate with guests about Life Time services.
• Ability to swim 25 yards without stopping.
• Ability to bend and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Offers competitive swimmers the opportunity to master technique.
• Runs daily practices under the direction of the head coach.
• Promotes Life Time products, services and programs.
