Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Eagle, Idaho seeks an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach to help our swimmers improve technique in our indoor and outdoor pools, work with the Head Swim Team Coach to plan group workouts, and assist with participant registration while keeping facilities clean and organized.

The role requires a HS diploma, 1 year coaching experience, ASCA/USA Swimming affiliations, and Lifeguard certification (or bridge within 60 days). Must be able to swim 25 yards and lift up to 20 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year swim coaching experience.
• ASCA membership and USA Swimming membership preferred.
• Life Time Swim Instructor Certification required.
• Able to stand stationary and move around the club for prolonged periods.
• Able to communicate with guests about Life Time products and services.
• Must be able to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs on a routine basis.

Responsibilities

• Offer swimmers the opportunity to master technique.
• Run daily practices under the head coach’s direction.
• Promote Life Time products, services and programs.
