Job summary

Life Time seeks an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach to support the head coach in preparing swim team workouts and leading practices in our state-of-the-art pools. You will register new participants and help maintain clean, safe aquatic facilities.

You should have 1 year of swim coaching experience, ASCA/USA Swimming membership, and Life Time Swim Instructor Certification. The role requires guest interaction and physical activity around the pool area.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Requires 1 year of swim coaching experience and membership in ASCA/USA Swimming.
• Certification through Life Time Swim Instructor Certification is required.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Offer swimmers the opportunity to master technique.
• Run daily practices under the head coach's direction.
• Promote Life Time products, services and programs.
