Job summary

Streamline Brands is seeking a Swim Instructor for SafeSplash Denver (Park Hill). You will teach swimming skills in a fun, positive manner and align with our curriculum.

You will provide corrective feedback, structure class time, and ensure swimmer safety while helping students aged 6 months to 10 years .

Qualifications

• Previous swim instruction is preferred but we are happy to train you.
• WSI certification preferred.
• Current American Red Cross CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for adult, swimmer and infant preferred but we will help you get certified in 60 days of hire.
• Special consideration given to instructors with experience teaching swimmers aged 6 months to 10 years and Special Needs.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming skills according to Streamline Brands curriculum in a fun, positive manner.
• Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students.
• Structure class time to incorporate repetition and reinforcement of required skills.
• Ensure swimmer safety.

What will you do as a Swim Instructor?

• The main focus of a swim instructor is to teach swimming skills in accordance with Streamline Brands curriculum in a fun, positive manner
• Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and customers on their swimming efforts
• Structure class time appropriately to incorporate repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills
• Ensure swimmer safety

What are we looking for in a Swim Instructor?
