SafeSplash Swim School in Temple, Texas is looking for a passionate Swim Instructor to teach swimming skills in a fun and positive manner. Responsibilities include providing positive feedback, structuring class time, and ensuring swimmer safety. Preferred qualifications include swim instruction experience and relevant certifications. Qualifications

• Previous swim instruction is preferred but we are happy to train you.
• WSI certification preferred.
• Current CPR-PR/AED certification and First Aid preferred.

What will you do as a Swim Instructor?

• The main focus of a swim instructor is to teach swimming skills in accordance with Streamline Brands curriculum in a fun, positive manner
• Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and customers on their swimming efforts
• Structure class time appropriately to incorporate repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills
• Ensure swimmer safety

What are we looking for in a Swim Instructor?

• Previous swim instruction is preferred but we are happy to train you
• WSI certification preferred
• Current American Red Cross CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for adult, swimmer and infant preferred but we will help you get certified in 60 days of hire
• Special consideration given to instructors with experience teaching swimmers age 6 months to 10 years and Special Needs.
